experiencing emotional distress, life transitions, trauma, grief, or relationship
challenges.

Advocacy

Support to navigate complex systems and ensure people’s voices are heard when engaging with services such as health, education, and community supports.

Grief and Loss Workshops

Facilitated workshops that provide a safe space for people to process grief, build
understanding, and connect with others who may have experienced similar loss.

Community Support

Support for individuals and families across the Central Highlands and Isaac regions, helping people connect with local resources and strengthen their support networks.
